Our office is considered an out of network office.  We do accept assignment of benefits from all PPO plans and file claims on your behalf.  We are not contracted to take the lower, pre-negotiated fees from insurances in order to offer you best quality dental care in a very comfortable and personable environment.

Being out-of-network does NOT mean our office will charge you a lot!  Because we are not contracted in any way, we have the total control of our fee schedule, which is already reasonable. Your preventative appointment including routine exam, x-rays and cleaning will be covered at 100%.  Restorative and surgical procedures will be covered at 50 ~80% per your insurance table of benefits.  

Remember, you get what you pay for!

The only exception to this is that we are in network is "Delta Dental" as we have Delta Dental Premier status.

Also, as our way of appreciating the continued support from the community, we do accept the State of Illinois Medicaid (both adults and children) plans.  

We expect all our patients to make the payment for the amount they are responsible for at the time of service.  This way, we don't have to send you monthly statement or constantly call you to collect.  We can use that time to focus more on our patient care!

We gladly accept Cash and Credit Card payment.
